Cancellation Policy
At Lasting Looks, I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change. For this reason, I’ll wave once every 12 months a last minute appointment cancellations or no-shows. I believe in offering flexibility and convenience for all of my clients, making your experience as stress-free as possible. While I appreciate notice if you are unable to make your appointment, or need to reschedule but I require a 24 hour notice. That ensures I might be able to fill that spot. My time is just as valuable as yours and I hope you see value in that. I do, not get paid when I have open appointments after all. You are subject to a 50% no show fee after the first no show, and will be required to pay that before further booking with me.
